I gotta say, the staff here were unbelievable helpful, always smiling and never turned me away when I needed something. One time I spilled coffee all over, they sent someone right up with fresh towels and a new cup right away, that was surprising.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but honestly for what I got it was acceptable.

The stay had its ups and downs. The front desk staff was friendly, especially Clarissa, which made check-in pleasant. However, the room wasn't in the best condition, and there were cleanliness issues that definitely need attention. Overall, a mixed experience that could use improvement.

Just an excellent fit for a fleeting pause in Sterling Heights with extraordinarily good value for money. The room I had was big, clean, and had a very new and comfortable bed. Remember to grab breakfast elsewhere if you're hungry.

We had an awesome time on our group trip! We checked out Ford Field for a game and hit up the North American International Auto Show. The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean and quiet at night. Definitely a great spot for a fun getaway with friends.

However, we noticed our towels had some hairs on them, which was a bit off-putting. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they quickly helped us out, but it did start things on a rough note.
